• It takes 1-3 days to process your Orders. We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your Order checkout (as updated in the Order Confirmation via e-mail notification).
• We are not able to deliver items to a P.O. Box
• We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
• All of the parcels are delivered by our courier partner(s) i.e. ABX, GDeX and Citylink
• Estimated time of delivery (after parcel is handed to the courier company) are as follows:

Malaysia
Klang Valley	1-3 Working Days
West Malaysia	1-3 Working Days
East Malaysia	3-7 Working Days

• Self-collection from our warehouse is strictly not allowed.

• Delivery to Malaysia:

Our courier partner will return your parcel(s) if the delivery details provided by you are  invalid/insufficient or if the courier has attempted delivery twice to you but failed for whatsoever reasons. In the event your parcel(s) is returned to us, we will refund the amount to you (minus the delivery and handling charges).

For Orders below RM100	RM15
For Orders RM100 and above	FREE
East Malaysia & selected rural area in West Malaysia*:
For Orders below RM100	RM15 + RM35 Logistic surcharge
For Orders RM100 and above	FREE + RM35 Logistic surcharge
